That is a pretty generic error, hard to tell what is going wrong in this instance.
Can you share a bit more details of your Copilot and your Topic setup? Which actions/questions are you using for example?
It most certainly is because of an addition you've made. Undo the changes and try again please.
I did nothing and it's back up and running today. I guess if I get a "system error" all I can do is wait?
The only thing I did during the issue was click Agree when the message came up saying "Trial period has expired, please extend the trial", but I looked at the documentation and it pointed out that the Power Virtual Agents should work for free. , so it's not clear to me why I need to "trial"
Anyway, at least it can work now.
