Hi,
It seems like after the New Look for D365 CRM for Model Driven Apps launched, the full list of lookup fields are not shown, and instead only the lookup records on the first page is shown.
This has caused a minor inconvenience with our end-users as they have to search for the specific lookup value in order to use the filter by on columns (in View)

[Figure 1] We have about more than 16 different lookup values, only the records on the first page is showing up.
[Figure 2] When there are no records on the page, no lookup values are shown.
[Figure 3] Legacy look has all the lookup values available regardless when there are no records in the page.
