    • Use a Gallery control to display the SharePoint list data in a table format.
    • Leverage the Attachments field in SharePoint for storing PDFs and images.
    • Add functionality to view and upload attachments using icons, buttons, and forms.
    • Enhance usability with search, filters, and sorting.

    Hi,

Use a Vertical Gallery control and set its Items property to the Sharepoint list. You can add labels in the gallery to represent the column values of your list. A button can be used to launch attachment for each row.

I'd recommend watching some tutorials and doing some learning modules on Microsoft Learn to learn the basics of Canvas Apps.

You've got many things going on in your screenshot--search function to filter your dataset collection, various controls to further filter the dataset.

If you want to be uploading attachments you're going to need to a form control (perhaps on a different screen).

You need to of course start with preparing your sharepoint list if it isn't ready (does it have the column to store the images?).

You can start by just having Microsoft build you an app off of your sharepoint list for you, it won't look like your screenshot but it'll have the basic elements (your gallery, your search field, your edit form and submit button, etc.).
