Power Apps Submit Creating Items on Four Different Lines

I have an update of JSON in an Excel workbook. The update creates a column for each item, however is places each item on a different row, four rows to be exact.

The formula has an 'IndentFour' at the end. Is this what is causing the problem? Will merely removing the 'IndentFour' place all items on the same line?
