What is the best practice: One Gallery with One Screen or two galleries with two screens!

Hello,

I have a SP List that contain a Status column (In Progress, Approved, Completed, Rejected and Draft), this SP List expected to go further than 10000 items in future. I have a Gallery with filtration according to Department Name and Status, one of the status is DRAFT.

Is it better to make two screens with two galleries one for draft items and one for the other status. or keep all in one gallery with one screen and do the filtration!

Hi @Digital_Admin ,

This is more about the desired user experience (I assume your filters are Delegable) - they either switch screens or choose the desired status on the same screen. As far as app size, the last one is better and I personally would use this.
