    Thanks for the raising this issue, We are also exercising the same while building the Copilot.

    It would be great help if some one can help to resolve this issue

    Currently, 3MB is a limitation for Copilot Studio Generative Answers. You can either split the files in to smaller than 3 MB or compress them. 
     
    Other option is use Open AI model including AI search and Azure storage and deploy to copilot studio. This allows you to get the responses from the files larger than 3MB

    As @Mahesh suggested, current limit is 3 MB and you can break the files in small parts... 
    Azure open AI is going to give you great results but it is going to costlier in terms of the Azure resources it consumes...
    One thing to note here is that Microsoft has recently announced that this is going to increase by 10x so new limit would be 30 MB which might be rolling out soon. So before finalizing the solution, consider what is coming in roadmap

    Currently Microsoft supports file size up to 512MB.
