Can't even create the first bot

Hi,

I'm trying to create my first bot on https://powerva.microsoft.com/. After typing a random name, selecting the default environment and hitting Create, it immediately showed an error:

An error occurred during bot provisioning.

Trace ID: bejbs

The more detailed error message on the background page showed:

An error occurred while installing or updating the managed solution for bot e4785fd0-f297-4702-a513-3dc4cab68505 in environment Default-477d0a50-e522-4017-8eec-59b0ec7bf4e6 and CDS instance c5aa1210-ede3-4859-80ca-5926dc5d8864. Current package status: InstallFailed.

May I know what may have caused this error and how can I resolve it? Thanks.

Hi @busywandering ,

From our team's investigation, it seems that there is a stale version of the DualWrite package in your CDS that is not supported any more. If you uninstall it, you should be able to get the bot going.
