Hi Team,
 
I purchased Product: Office 365 E1 and when I try to open Power App, I get the following message:
 

Sorry, you'll need to sign up

You can access Power Apps using a Microsoft Account after you have at least one license. You may sign up for a free license.Learn More
 
 
Is there a solution or fix to this issue.

    It looks like you are still trying to log in with your Microsoft account, not your Office 365 E1 account (which would be more like a business acount)

    Powerapps one common issue is cache, Try clearing the cache and browser history and try in incognito mode.
     
    Microsoft also suggested the same process.
