I would like to change the input method of the base Document Automation kit from email to when a file is uploaded to a sharepoint folder.

I tried changing the input flow to reflect this, but I am receiving an error - attached

I attached a screenshot of my current input flow

With the default trigger "When an email arrives", the email may contains several attachement.

This is why there is outer "Apply to each".

The SharePoint trigger "When a file is created" only concern one file, so there is no need of an "Apply to each"

Drag and drop all the tasks outside the "For each file" and remove "For each file".

Also, in the "Upload attachment" task set CedrickB_0-1671615465145.pngCedrickB_1-1671615481190.png

    It should be working.

Thank you Cedrick for the quick response! That did seem to work. I wasn't able to drag the tasks outside of the condition because they were dependent on the condition, but I did recreate them and it worked

Hi again Cedrick. I am not showing any errors with any of the solution's flows. In addition to the previous changes, I set it to send all documents to manual review. However, when I open the application and select a file to review, no data appears.

If I take the same document and run a  'quick test' on it directly in the AI builder model, it pulls the correct information from the document as expected.

Do you have any idea what would cause this?

It appears that was a fluke as it is working properly now
