Hello
Fear I am misunderstanding something here. Made my bot, tested, works fine, published.
Example: we have a Team for our business in France. Our bot provides, among other things, names and addresses of hotels local to to our offices in France. The idea is that a member can use the bot to find a hotel near to where they are visiting. We've made the bot, it works, published. But we can't display it on the France Team anywhere. We do not expect any member to have to install the bot in order to use it. It should simply be present.
Is the above use case not viable? What am I missing?
My expectation is that it will be clearly visible in my chosen Team, either as a tab or in some other way, so that the members can interrogate it. However, nothing I do seems to make it visible.
Any help much appreciated.
Cheers
M
if you'd like your bot app to be available to all users without asking them to install it then team admin can push it for all users by creating a custom app setup policy. More info here..

You can fix your chatbot as an icon at the navigation of your Microsoft Teams (not you France team, but the MS Teams app, on the left), I never tested it but I think that will work.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Unfortunately, it's not possible yet (only if you develop your chatbot using PVA for web because using this way, you can insert as a website tab using the custom website channel inside your bot).
You can create your idea for Teams: https://aka.ms/pva/community/ideas
I can see it in the Built by your colleagues section. But it is no good to me there. I need it in the Team where the members will see it. How do I get it in the Team itself?
Hi @Anonymous ,
Do you have the administrator permission? Or did your tenant admin accept this bot around the organization?
