App asking for permission to SQL Server

Hi,

I'm getting  attached error msg while opening the app which is connected to the SQL Server db.

Data is perfectly connected to the required fields and showing entire data appropriately as well.

I have checked the connections and gateway as well even though getting the attached msg to "Allow" or "Don't allow" permission.

And "Allow" button is grayed out.

Kindly support!!

    Hi @Jyotisha ,

Do you mean that you import an app connected with SQL Server but the connection becomes invalid in the new app?

I suggest you recreate connection with SQL Server in the new app.

Even if you've connected with SQL Server in the original app, you also need to recreate connection in the new app.

What's more, please make sure that you create new app in default environment and use enough license.

Only in default environment  you could use gateway.

SQL Server is premium connector. It need per user/per app license at least.

    Best regards,

    Hi @v-yutliu-msft

I'm opening app either in edit view or Play both the time it's showing me same error.

While I have per user/per app license. And the weird thing is "Allow"  button is grayed out, as visible in attachment.

    Kindly support.

I have created a new app from the scratch by using same connection. Now it's working fine.

But there should be some solution for correcting the existing one, to avoid the rework.
