I added chitchat feature to my existing bot. I created knowledge base in Language Studio and the existing bot has 121 topics. I published it and it was working fine. But now some users are only getting chitchit feature. Can someone help me?
When you're saying some of the users are only getting chitchat features, do you mean that they're always hitting the Fallback topic that they passes the unrecognized user utterance to the Question Answering service with the chitchat project?
Yes. User utterences are always hitting fallback topic, then they triggers the knowledge base and find out the response and give to user.
Is there any solution for this? Can someone please help?
There must be an issue with your topics' trigger phrases if those don't work as expected and your users hit the fallback topic instead of the expected topic.

I've added the chitchat feature to another bot in the same environment. It is working there. So the issue is with the particular bot and when it is getting failed we are getting a response other than the failure message we set in the bot.
