Hi All,
I have two users.
User A--- Business Unit A- RoleA
User B---Business Unit B-Role B
User A is tying to create phonecall activity but it fails with error which says he is missing AppendTo access on one of the record which is being owned by User B, I am not sure how this problem can be solved.
any idea or help will be appreciable.
Hi @EmployeeOcta ,
System is giving this error as user A does not have permission to attached (Append ) Permission ..
for example if User A trying to create phone call against contact which is owner by User B then user A's security role (which is Role A) -
a. contact Append permission should be set to Global
b. Phone Call (Activity) Append permission should be set to Global..
Doing above changes in privilege should fix this issue, refer this article for further information..
