Unique ID for each published version of powerapp

I sometimes find that when I save and publish a powerapp the latest changes are not incorporated for some reason.  I want to make sure that when I copy a powerapp from one environment to the other, I'm copying the correct version.  At the moment the only way to do it is manually put the date and time into a label, so we can see what's going on.

Is it possible to get a unique ID for each published version of powerapp?

The version number will vary depending on the environment in which the powerapp is published.

The powerapps release column is not unique.
