The problem you got, does it happen to the solution you mentioned or any power automate or only when you try to add flow for power app ?

    Hi @stampcoin ,
the issue happenes when I try to add any automate flow to powerapps,, I think it happened first because I have removed a connection from solution (I checked the flows nothing connected to it) but now it is reflected to the whole environment,,even when I try to import the solution to new environment it cause the same issue

Have you tried to add connection reference in the solution ?
Please clarify if this happened to your solution,  or any power apps ?
Before import the solution, did it work for you in that environment ?

If you can confirm that new environment without the solution, still have the problem.
I doubt something wrong with backend, sever side.
Please check  Service health for admin center, if you can see anything special there, otherwise give them a ticket .

@stampcoin thank you for your suggestion,
the new environment without solution is working fine but once I import the solution the issue appears whether the powerapp in the solution or outside

Ok, you have to  go back to the source env ( where the solution comes),
go to the solution, check each flow dependency, add the missing connection reference ,
    re-add the flows if needed.
test it a little bit, if everything works, export to another environment.

Optional, in the new environment, you can create a new empty solution, create simple power app and new flow there. this way it should work. which means the problem is from your exported solution.

I got a similar problem today.
    what I did,
go to power automate portal, then go to connections, find the old connection, delete it.
wait a while 3-5 min, and try it again.
if you have this option ON, disable it, after you can add your flow , change it back (if you need)
hope it give you a lead.
