Copilot studio chatbot in teams mobile is not replying chat if teams desktop version is turn off

Hello,

I’ve published my copilot studio chatbots in Teams. 

Whenever I use the desktop teams, everything works fine. When I use the teams mobile app & teams desktop are active, , everything works fine.

But when I use the teams mobile app & teams desktop not active, when a generative node is called, the app simply does not respond, without returning any error. As soon as I access the chat on the desktop computer, all pending responses are returned and synchronized in the mobile app. I got the pattern, copilot only response if the question pharase is already setup on the *topics* like "hi" , but if the question more complex means need to check to knowledge or action, there's no response without returning any error.

Is there anyone have issue like this ?, how can i solve this issue ?.

    We have exactly the same issue. The problem is specifically when a generative node is called - Teams mobile app is fully up to date, cache cleared, etc.

    Test a simplified version of a knowledge-based query in the Teams mobile app to determine if it responds to any knowledge or action-based queries when the desktop app is inactive. This can help isolate if the problem is specific to certain types of queries or actions.
     
    Ensure that both the Microsoft Teams desktop and mobile apps are fully up-to-date, as sometimes these types of issues can be caused by outdated versions with sync-related bugs. Cached data in the Teams mobile app can sometimes interfere with real-time communication or syncing of bot responses.
     
    Ensure that the Teams mobile app has the necessary permissions to access the internet without restrictions, as certain network configurations can cause issues, especially if your mobile device is switching between different networks (Wi-Fi and cellular) or VPNs.
