Hi,
We've been testing a bot Thurs\Fri with no issues, but this morning all users with only the Basic User Role on the environment get "sorry, you don't have access to talk to the bot." The 2 users in our test group with elevated environment permissions can still access the bot without issue. The bot is published PVA and published to Teams, and we readded the bot to Teams as well as checked the Teams App Policy, and Teams Permission Policy, which had not changed.
Can anyone verify what exact User Role is needed on the environment for end users to chat with the bot (do not need to edit or create). Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks!
Just discovered that giving "System Customizer" in addition to "Basic User" role allows access for the end user to chat with the bot - but System Customizer is a very high permission to give. What could be going on?
