We have the following case:-

1) Inside our Default environment >> i created anew solution

2) Inside the solution i created a new Power App

3) i shared the Power App with wide range of users mainly business users, developers & QA

4) now we are done with the testing phase, and i want to move the solution to the production environment.

5) i exported the solution from the default environment >> i import it inside the production environment as managed solution.

now i noted that the imported Power App did not preserve the users we shared the source Power apps with. so my question, is it against the recommendation to share a Power Apps inside a managed solution ? if the answer is Yes, then how we can share the Power App inside our production environment?

Second question, what permission the user need to have inside the production environment to be able to run the Power App?

Thanks

The same apps existing in multiple solutions environments, regardless of being managed or not, have different App IDs, so the users able to access one cannot access the others. You need to reshare with your target audience. There's no harm in sharing the production version. In fact, the production version is the one I usually share with everyone in the company, provided it is ok to be a "public" app.

Absolutely. The "Managed" part is more to protect modifications to the components within the solution. The apps themselves can be shared the exact same way the unmanaged versions in your default/dev environment can.
