Getting banner notifications on Phone Home screen

Hey everyone I was wondering if it is possible to implement a banner notification from a Power Apps Model-Driven App notification. Currently we have field workers that receive the notification but they must be currently using the mobile app version of Power Apps to view it. Is there anyway to have it so it pops up on the phone screen like a typical outlook email would?
