Advice Needed for Creating a Landing Page to Download a Whitepaper with Dynamics 365

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for the best way to create a landing page that allows users to download a whitepaper. To access the file, users need to fill out a simple form. The form data should be sent to a table and processed with Power Automate to create a lead in Dynamics 365 Sales.
I've explored the solution of using Power Pages, but the issue is that it's costly since you have to pay for each anonymous user accessing the site. Therefore, I'm looking for other solutions.
Here are some additional details:
  • I have Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise licenses.

  • The company website is built with WordPress but i'd love to stya inside microsoft tools enviroments

  • Another idea was to build a landing page with Microsoft Forms and then pull the data with Power Automate

Does anyone have suggestions on how I could proceed? Any advice or personal experience would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you very much!

If cost is a concern, place the paper on a page on your website (not accessible in the menu) and send them the URL or a download link by email.

Nope Ronald, we need to collect email and generate the lad before downloading PDFs

You need them to enter their email in the form to send them the link.

My suggestion is to use a Microsoft Form (which you can share eternally). In the form ask the user to enter their email address.
Then use Power Automate that has a trigger when a Microsoft Form is complete. the action could then be to send the Whitepaper to the entered email address.

All this can be done with a Microsoft 365 License only.
