Chatbot licensing

Hi,

What counts as a chatbot for licensing purposes? Is it the 'chatbot' in the Solutions menu, or is it the individual chatbots built within it? Reason for asking is this will determine whether we build one big chatbot with various 'streams'  of chat, or numerous chatbots for each subject/customer service area. Hope that makes sense.

thanks in advance 🙂

The following is a pretty good overview.

In general the number of bots don't matter, unless you are trying to keep the total under 1,000.  What does matter are sessions.  In general sessions will be pretty similar whether its multiple individual bots or one massive bot.
