Hi,
I tried to download the chat log from Power Apps ConversationTranscript Tables for the chatbot I developed using co pilot studio.
But unfortunately system gave me this error inside the downloaded export error details
Msg=Batch request: HTTP Error: Status code 403, Forbidden. {'error':{'code':'0x80072560','message':'The user is not a member of the organization.
I contacted my Admin and he had granted me with System Administrator Right for my environment already but I am still not able to do the data export from Power Apps. What kind of access shall I have?
If you’ve already been given System Administrator rights in your environment but still see a 403 Forbidden error when exporting from the ConversationTranscript table, the problem is likely not just your permissions—it could be a tenant-level issue or a Dataverse restriction.
Even with full rights in the environment, if your account is a guest user in Azure Active Directory (which can happen in shared or partner setups), you may be blocked from accessing Dataverse tables for exports or API requests.
Ask your Azure AD admin to check your user type in Azure. You should be a "Member", not a "Guest".
Also, some tools (like exporting chatbot logs or using scripts) might need specific access to Dataverse tables
