Not Able to Create a Table due to an Error

I'm trying to create a location table in Power Apps, but the "Table" feature is grayed out, and I'm receiving the following message: "One or more commands are unavailable due to your current privileges for this environment." Can you assist me in understanding why this is happening and how to resolve it?

    Hi, 

    The security role is missed for your user. your user should have permission to create a table. you should have an environment maker or admin access to create table.
