There was an Update to PowerApps this morning or last night,
fantastic update: Thank you for providing a way to collapse all the nodes on the Screen Tree Navigation.
One thing we noticed this morning on our SharePoint list form though, which is using a PowerApp as the default form , in View Mode, several of the field controls were showing incorrect values. The values were not from the actual list values, and no matter which record you selected in the SharePoint list, the form fields showed the same values for all records?
I've switched back to the default SharePoint form for now.
I suspect we would need to republish our PowerApp form?
This is not a desirable scenario.

I just tried it from my side, the PowerApps List form loaded correctly with the selected record.
The PowerApps version from my side is:
PowerApps 3.18072.25
Please take a check with the published App version, see if there are any changes has been made, the saved App would keep a new App version in the App history, take a try to restore the previous one from the latest and see if the form would work.
