authoring.eu-il110.gateway.prod.island.powerapps.com refused to connect.

Hi, when I create a new canvas app (or even from an existing data source), I receive the error 

authoring.eu-il110.gateway.prod.island.powerapps.com refused to connect.

 

This only happens with a certain user. If I use a different one, I have no issues at all.

 

Sorry, new to Power Apps but what does this even mean and how to solve it?

    I'm getting a similar error. The full error message is

     

    "The webpage at https://authoring.us-il109.gateway.prod.island.powerapps.com.rproxy.goskope.com/embed/?environment-update-cadence=Frequent&environment-name=Default-31f69036-1f7a-4762-8393-606ddf82248e&embedcid=e93d4600-bead-11ed-90e4-f57b963afaea&embedding-host=shell&integratePowerAutomate=true&integrateAddResourcesDialog=true&canvasSessionId=1116e44b-f57f-43d9-8dff-bac6508112e1 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

     

    I've tried using chrome incognito, I've accepted all cookies, and I've tried searching in the privacy settings to see if the powerapps website is blocked but can't find it, so I don't think it is being blocked by chrome.
