ReportI'm in the process of building a request system using Microsoft Teams Power Virtual Agents. I want to create a chatbot that allows requestors to submit their requests along with document or email attachments. Approvers should be able to access and review these attachments before completing the request. Additionally, I'd like the system to notify requestors via email when their requests are fulfilled. I want the request system to be stored on SharePoint and be accessible to anyone to look at their request status.
Is this something that can be done? If so, how?
