Start Chatbot conversation (scheduled) with Clickable Cards

I am trying to start the PVA chatbot conversation (scheduled) with a question (Yes, or No) and after the user should select an option it should redirect the user to specific topic inside the chatbot, how this should be done from inside (Power Automate Flow) ? or even if I can Schedule the chatbot to start from inside (power virtual agent) .

Thank you.

Yes, you can add questions with response Boolean type and add cards with clickable link beside it in PVA Also, you can redirect to another topic. See the images below.

    Hi -

Interested to know how you scheduled a chatbot conversation?

    Thanks!

It's possible to send proactive messages to copilot/bot users from Power Automate: Notify bot users in Teams with proactive messages - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn

Power Automate flows can also be scheduled.

    Thank you adilei!

I was able to use a power automate flow to proactively message a user with an adaptive card within a copilot chatbot published in Teams. Really cool and it works! However, I've searched in every community and reviewed many MS Learn articles and I cannot figure out how to use an adaptive card action submit response to invoke a conversation with the chatbot using a trigger phrase that I've already set up in the copilot.

Simply, I want the response to put a message in the bot ...

Is this possible? Is there a MS Learn article for this?

    Appreciate the help!

It's Power Automate that "listens" to that adaptive card, so users will have to type something to trigger a topic.

    Thanks again!

I'll change my approach. Another issue perhaps you can help me with.

The learn article for the proactive message has this ...

To use the response from the recipient, select submitActionId from the dynamic content flyout menu. The value of this variable will be the title of the action the user chose.

I do see the recipient response from the adaptive card in the run history, but it is not shown in the dynamic content for subsequent actions. Is there something else I need to do to make that available?

    Hi again,

Well, I was finally able to open the flow in the power automate 'New Designer' and that permits me to see the output of the adaptive card waiting for a response. However, the data from this previous step is either Outputs or Body not the individual fields like some other dynamic content.

Is there a quick way to get to the response fields or does this rely on composing, parsing, and setting variables? Not sure how to do that in this case. Thanks for help!
