Model-Driven App - Desinger View

OK, I can't figure out what I did (if anything) to cause one of my Model Driven Apps to LOSE the Navigation Bar and Icons?

What happened to my side bar and color round Icons???

 

This is what is use to look like:

    Hi @smithmrk 

    Can you please check if the page is opened in the generic UI and if you can see the notification with "Choose an app" button at the top as mentioned in the following thread?

    My issue is in EDIT mode (Desginer) not when you play it.

     

    However, I played it for you and I don't have that button.

    If it is the issue in the model-driven app designer (EDIT mode), maybe it is a glitch. Can you try it in a different browser or log out and log in after clearing the cache?

     

    If you can see the sitemap left navigation when you play the app, I guess it is not a big deal since it is just a preview in the app designer and you can still see the items of the navigation and add/remove/sort those in the Navigation panel as in the screenshot below.
