    This error means:
     
    Power Apps is trying to open or reference a model-driven app record that is missing, broken, deleted, or inaccessible.
     
    Most commonly caused by:
    • failed solution import,
    • deleted app,
    • corrupted metadata,
    • broken dependencies.
