Hi
The USA Region supports generative answers (Preview)
I pointed it to our docs web site
My initial thought was that it will act like chatgpt, where it will read the web site content and I will be able to ask the bot questions about it.
But I now understand that I have to create a topic, so the Bot will know what to answer me
So when I manually add a topic "Describe" that is describing our product then the Bot knows very well to generate an answer from the text in the docs web site that is describing our product
But I have 100s of such topics and I cant see a situation where I manually create a topic for every document/subject listed in the docs web site
Any guidance will be appreciated here
Thank you
Hi @EyalH
In that case, you shouldn't need to create topics.
When you enable Generative Answers in the AI Capabilities, this adds a Conversational Boosting topic in your system topics. This topic will trigger whenever a user query doesn't match a custom topic's trigger phrases.
That way, you don't need to plan for all the potential questions - they will go to your the Conversational Boosting topic and the bot will search for an answer using the configured website(s).
