Hover event on copilot icon in power apps is totally unacceptable.

Posted on by 222
This is driving me crazy and I'm told by our admins there's no way to get rid of it. This message pops up whenever your cursor touches that copilot icon, not click on it, merely touches it.  It's over the run and save buttons, etc... and it won't go away unless you escape it.  This happens to me multiple times per hour. I'd like this changed so that you only see this if you actually click on the icon.

OMG! At least you only have to deal with the aggravating popup whenever your cursor touches the copilot icon. Whenever I click on ANY control, I get a small Copilot popup above the control that blocks other controls and won't go away until you click somewhere else on the screen. THIS is completely unacceptable! Now I'm spending most of my time clicking around the interface to get rid of these pointless distractions. And that's all it is, A DISTRACTION! I see the Copilot icon at the top of the screen and I understand how Copilot works. I don't need a popup blocking things every time I select a control!

    Hi AmyF,

Yes, I agree its annoying. As an alternative to escaping it, I would suggest you click on the Power Apps Studio top ribbon's white space when it appears or the blank space in the main ribbon (to the left of the Environment in your image). This way it will go away immediately.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,
    Nandit
