Can't see the PCF test harness

Hi, I've already build a component but when I use the npm start command it doesn't show anything on my browser, I hope you can give me an idea of what's going on. Thanks so much

    Please try opening the link in different web browser. I had the same issue in IE and worked perfectly in Firefox/chrome
