Missing Sessions Tab

Hi All,

 

I'd like to view conversation transcripts from my chatbot, but I'm unable to find the "Sessions" tab under "Analytics". Is there a way to get to Sessions?

    Hi @BP10 

    Access to session can be restricted if you are not the bot author (ie: someone shared that bot with you but removed the conversation transcript access)
