I am a very basic user so go easy on me please ;-).
So I want to send emails to my clients on my excel spreadsheet via outlook. importing two fields into the subject and body of the email. One is the first name of the csutomer the second is the saving they can make on their water rates.
I've got as far as doing all the above following the instructions on this you tube video.

Thought i had it cracked. as when I test it I receive the email with no issues at all.
My questions is this though, the run history constantly shows it has failed. I have even sent it out to multiple email adresses and they have received the email as it should be. But still it shows as failed in run history and there are no analytics showing.
Any ideas please.

Can you share a screenshot of your setup and one of the failed runs and click into the action/which failed? There might be a more detailed error in there.
Btw, does this flow also interact with a bot/Power Virtual Agent?
