Connecting existing app from old sharepoint link to new sharepoint link

In my existing app, I want to disconnect it from current sharepoint link to new sharepoint link. Is is possible ? If it's possible then how can we do that.

    Is your app a canvas app or SharePoint integrated form?

    @33,

    In that case it is relatively simple. first add the SharePoint list you want to use as your new data source via the data window on the left side of the screen in the tree view. see screenshot below.

    You can remove your previous data source by clicking the 3 dots on the right side of the data window, and clicking Remove, see screenshot below.

    Then you will get a bunch of errors where your previous SharePoint List was being referenced. you will just update those controls with the name of your new SharePoint List and you should be good.

    It means that we need to manually update the control at each and every place.

    Is there any way by which we can replace the existing referenced Sharepoint link to new sharepoint link without individually updating the new SharePoint List

    @33,

    currently there is no way to automatically replace the formulas that I am aware of. I believe others have figured out work arounds using PowerShell scripting or code components, however, I am not familiar with the specifics. see the post here for more information.
