I was wondering if Copilot will be able to help me build my system from scratch. I have the Business Requirement Spec and System Requirement Specification that detail all that need to be done in the system. I am looking for help in buklding this system.

Hi @antswana. I've not used Copilot myself but I have used other AI's to generate code.

My own personal experience is that yes it can create, but it's hard work, often error prone and requires a lot of input from a developer to get something accurate. I've even had Bing lie to me regarding Power Apps functions.

AI should be used to assist, not replace a developer.

I think the best answer to your question is that yes Copilot will 'help' you, as you say, but it's not going to do it for you.

Copilot will be able to get you started, but I think it's still only capable of generating a single screen, so if you have a more complex use case then you will need to build on top of it.

Thank you for your response. I would to be helped to develop my system. I have done all the system requirements specification and even started developing the login screen. My system is role based system. I need to be handheld initially so that I can get it going.
