Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue with my agent in Copilot Studio. It used to work fine, but suddenly the agent stopped entering the topic that uses Conversational Boosting. When I enable Track between topics, I can see that the conversation never reaches this topic at all.

Context:

Now, I’m seeing the following unexpected message:

The bot is not using English as the language.
The entire flow is built using a customized generative node.
Orchestration was previously turned off, but now the toggle for it has disappeared from the UI.
A Knowledge base is connected to a SharePoint document library.
The agent is published and used in Microsoft Teams.
Everything worked as expected until recently.

Using generative AI to select topics / actions is only available for agents using English. Please remove all non-English languages from your agent.

This message never appeared before, and the functionality was working. Could someone please clarify:

What could have triggered this error?
Is this related to a recent Copilot Studio update?
Is there any workaround or a way to enable the generative node for non-English agents (even temporarily)?
Is it possible to restore the Conversational Boosting functionality without switching the bot to English?
