Tagging/Mentioning a User in Teams with Copilot Studio

We are trying to customize the default escalation message so that it tags a specific user. Is this currently possible? If so, how can we make that happen in the topic flow for the default escalation message?

Hi @SS-06032048-0, Could you kindly elaborate on the requirement? Also, what do you mean by "tagging" in this context? Are you referring to mentioning a specific user in the message, using a notification system, or something else?

@Sohom Ghorai We want to tag a specific user in Teams just like you can when you manually type the at sign on the keyboard to mention a specific user and trigger their Teams to notify them that they've been mention.

An example message might be "I'm sorry if I'm unable to handle your request. Hey @Sohom Ghorai is this something you can currently help with @SS-06032048-0's request?" (where @SS-06032048-0 is the user sending the message that triggered the escalation in the Teams channel with the bot)

I hope this helps, and I hope someone can help us figure out how to do this, or if it's not currently supported, please add it to the development roadmap for CoPilot, as I'm sure we're not the only two people that want this capability/feature.

So @Sohom Ghorai, can it be done in the current version of CoPilot?
