Just created a new chatbot for the workplace to help with IT workflow. I added in everything and then made some changes to the name as well as the icon. In the chatbot settings, the icon displays normally. But in the actual Teams chat, as well as viewing the pinned conversation on the side panel, the image does not load. Please help!

I made sure this was the case. The icon is 192x192 but still won't show up properly. It shows up in the Settings of the chatbot but nowhere else.
Just wanted to follow up on this again. Thank you.
Checking in one more time before I just make a whole new chatbot with no new icon. Please get back with me on this!
