Automatic email and attachment sent after submission of MS forms response (PROBLEM - Word found unreadable content)

Hi all,

I am very new to Power Automate and have no background in automation, but I am delving into it to help out my team at work.

We have a form that needs to be signed by customers and upon completion I would like the necessary follow up file (a Word document) to be sent to them for them to read.

I have my flow working, but in Word there is a pop up error that keeps popping up from the file that is sent. The file currently sits in Teams/SharePoint and opens fine in there, however when it is sent through the Power Automate after a test submission of the MS forms, the file doesn't load correctly.

Can anyone help please. This would be of great help!

    Hi,

Thank you so much for your answer!

I switched to the Classic Designer and the problem was fixed!

I will let you know if I encounter any issues going forward.

    Kind regards,
    Ben

@BenHamlett I would recommend switching from the New Designer to the Classic Designer as the New Designer is still buggy.
