Power Apps form fields not saving data

I have a Power Apps form which has Field 1 - Comment text field and Field 2 - Yes/No dropdown (choice) field. Both the form fields work and saves data when a new item is created. But, when I use them in Edit and save the form, these 2 fields are not saving the data that were selected. These 2 fields have no customizations or changes but just multiple lines text field and a Choice field with Yes/No. I tried to troubleshoot and created another similar Multiple line text field and Choice field and they are working fine in Edit mode. This is the workaround that I followed. But, is there kind of any cache issue that Power Apps has, that the fields don't work on edit? Is there a recommended fix if few fields don't work like this on edit?

    How are you saving the data on your Edit Form (I assume SubmitForm ) and what is the Item of the Form. Also have you checked in SharePoint to see if the data is saved ?

    Hi Warren,
    I am saving the form data using the button with the formula SubmitForm(EditSharePointForm) and Items is If(IsBlank(SharePointIntegration.Selected),First([@ListName]),SharePointIntegration.Selected). Yes, I checked and see that the data is not saved in the Sharepoint list. It is weird why are regular Text box field and Choice field will not allow to save edit data.

    Firstly, you can try this more specific code on the Items of the Form however I do not think that is the issue
    With(
       {_ID: SharePointIntegration.SelectedListItemID},
       If(
          _ID > 1,
          LookUp(
             ListName,
             ID = _ID
          ),
          First([@ListName])
       )
    )
    I assume that OnEdit in the SharePointIntegration you have
    EditForm(YourFormName)
    The fact that the data saves on new records indicates that the Data Cards Update function is correct, so please explore the above first, however also confirm the cards Update code.
