Hi all,
How should I handle deploying my Virtual Agent on other environments in regard to publishing and setting up the right bot?
Right now, I need to manually go and change the <IFRAME> tag in my Content snippet to change the environment ID to the target one and not keep the Env ID of the source ENV. Is there any way to dynamically change this ENV ID in the <IFRAME> tag?
There must be a wait to handle this dynamically, right? 😀
