    Hello,

As per our recen investigations, the problem is related to lack of RAM for the laptop (16Gb). Also in Chrome it works better that in Edge.

    Kind regards

In Step 4 above, could you provide us with the full session details presented in the dialog? You can use the Copy option to capture all of the details we're looking for. Thanks!

    Hello,

It was a Power App that was frozen. The session ID is:

    Session ID: 82023f4c-d609-4d86-8d6f-5f9d12db0b27

    Thank you

Thanks for reporting this. A few questions that can help us troubleshoot this:

Is it the Monitor page or your Power App which is getting frozen?

Where are you launching Monitor from (within an editing session of the Power App, directly from the list of apps, elswhere)?

If the Power App is what is frozen:

    1. Go to your Monitor page.

    2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner.

    3. Pick "Session details".

    4. Copy the "Session ID" and provide it here.

If Monitor is what is frozen:

    1. In Play mode for the App, hold the "ALT" key and right click inside of the Power App.

    2. Click "Session details".

    3. Copy the "Session ID" and provide it here.

    Thanks!
