Fill Text Box with a word when a button is pressed

I have a gallery that i am using. I also have a search box i use to filter that gallery.

I have a "quick access" type button i want to press. that when i press it, then it puts the word "Dock" into the search box, and thus quickly filtering the gallery.

For the button's OnSelect property: UpdateContext({var:"Dock"}) and make the default property of the TextInput Box: var

there is no Var option just VarP or Var Scan and both produce an errror

In my post, var is simply a variable. You can call it anything.

sorry not understanding. if i put Var there it errors out the box. cuase i want the box to be able to manually enter info into it as well.

First, make the OnSelect property of your button UpdateContext({var:"Dock"}) before you put

var in the Default property of the textbox. If you do it in the reverse order, it won't work.
