How to customize Chat Bot look and feel in SharePoint

I've had success creating our own Chat Bot and have deployed it to SharePoint in an iFrame. The Copilot builder allows you to change the name and add a custom Bot icon, but doesn't allow you to change the banner header color or font.

Does anyone know how you might go about defining a custom color theme in SharePoint?

The instructions on how to customize the canvas can be found here but this probably means you would have to add custom HTML to your SharePoint site as opposed to using an IFRAME.

I used the instructions and added the bot to an aspx page in SharePoint. I can render it with the "Embed" web part, and the bot functions.

However, the bot is not showing the customizations related to...
