Rich Text Editor - Remove Draft with Copilot

Is there a way to turn off the Draft with Copilot option that pops up when using a rich text editor in Power Apps?  I've tried turning off all of the Copilot settings in the Power Platforms Admin Center but it still keeps popping up.

    If not, and it's somehow included in your plugIns by default, you should be able to use removePlugins to disable it.
