This is the client-side search appearance history meaning your browser (chrome) is responsible for showing those search entries you made.
To clear the search history
1. In your chrome browser > Three dots > settings
2. Under security and privacy > clear browsing data > Choose the time range > Advanced
3. Select autofill form data > and click "Clear data" button
