I am working on a Power Apps application, and I have a SharePoint list containing the names of the application users.
I would like to trigger a workflow from Power Apps that grants access to my application and the SharePoint site where my lists are located. Is this possible?

This to share give access to the SP resources -

You can also create a group on your Office 365 and add all the users u want to share the app with to the group
Then share the app with the group
