can't "save as" copy app because automatic enable live updates feature

the "save as" button in my app is disabled when I hover over it it says "Save as is not available when live update settings are enabled". But there is no "live update" feature in my settings, I have never seen it and never enabled it
I have no idea why it is enabled and how to disable it.
 
p/s: my Authoring version is 3.24101.10 and it cant edit to

    Your app looks as if Save is completely disabled. Is it in a restricted mode? Did you try reloading the browser?

    i tried using another browser but it didn't work, i'm not sure if it's in restricted mode or not? is there a way i can check?

     Turning off coauthoring from settings solved the problem for me
