How to create a record for File Content, within the Web Files area

How do we create a record for the File Content area that is specifically associated to the Web Files area, within our Power Pages Management area. At the moment, a message is displaying... "This record hasn't been created yet. To enable file upload, create this record." But there is no help link on how to do so.

How do we add this record for Web Files?

As per my post to your other question (https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Discussions/How-to-actually-quot-upload-quot-assets-into-the-Web-Files/m-p/2699249#M7120), fill in the mandatory fields then Save the record you should then be able to upload the file.
